Deboned stuffed chicken

  • Serving suggestion:

    Deforst overnight in the fridge. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray and season with oil, salt & pepper. Bake at 180 C for 60-75 minutes or until juices run clear. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Remove trussing and cut in 2-3 cm slices. May also be cooked over indirect heat in a weber.
